Get to know a Dirt Track bike, the track & the ambiance.

Flat Track riders Jan Simon Ter Heide and Maikel Dijkstra will give theory lessons, bike setup tips and riding trics.

Things you will learn:

- body posture on the bike

- how to use your feet

- how to enter and exit a corner

- different racing lines

The day includes bike rental, training fee, a sandwich for lunch with a soda, and to top it off a burger and beers at the end of the day. You need to bring your own protected race gear, but not your bike! The school is from 11 till 4 pm. Please be present between 10.15 and 10.45 am!
